The system allows admin teams to manage candidates efficiently, while job seekers can track their application progress, history, and outcomes in an accessible and user-friendly environment. The platform also supports training and skill-development programs, allowing organizations to guide and prepare candidates directly through the portal. Built using Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and Salesforce Flow, the solution automates critical workflows and data synchronization.
